Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan starrer untitled film's release date announced and it has a 'Jawan' connection

Even before its release, Shah Rukh Khan's film ‘Jawan’ is making a lot of headlines among the audience. For the unversed, the makers decided to extend the release date of Jawan. On Saturday, (May 6) Shah Rukh announced the release date of his film through his social media handle. Now, t film is going to be seen in theaters on 7th September. 

Shah Rukh has announced the date in a phenomenal way. He shared a power packed glimpse of the film with the audience in which he is seen performing a stunt. 

After the reshuffling of Jawan's release date, the release dates of Laxman Utekar's next film and 'Fukrey 3' have also shifted.

Release date of Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan starrer film and 'Fukrey 3' rescheduled

Now that ‘Jawan’ is postponed, news is coming that the old slot of the Pan India film has now been booked by Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan starrer untitled romantic comedy. Laxman Utekar's romantic comedy film is going to release on June 2.

Moreover, Richa Chadha and Pulkit Samrat's upcoming film ‘Fukrey 3’ has now postponed the release date of the film. Earlier, this film was slated to release on September 7 but 'Jawan' has chosen this day for the release, so now the makers have pushed their release to November.

Film Critic Taran Adarsh confirms the news

Film Critic Taran Adarsh himself has confirmed this news. He shared this information on his Twitter handle. He tweeted, “VICKY KAUSHAL - SARA ALI KHAN: 2 JUNE RELEASE... Producer Dinesh Vijan’s #VickyKaushal - #SaraAliKhan starrer to release on 2 June 2023... Title will be announced on 16 May, #VickyKaushal’s birthday… Directed by Laxman Utekar.”

He then shared an update of ‘Fukrey 3’ in his next tweet. He wrote, “‘FUKREY 3’ MOVES TO NEW DATE… #Fukrey3 - which was scheduled for release on #Janmashtami weekend [7 Sept 2023] - will now release on 24 Nov 2023… Directed by #MrighdeepSinghLamba and produced by #RiteshSidhwani and #FarhanAkhtar.”

The release dates of ‘Fukrey 3’ and Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan's untitled film were rescheduled when ‘Jawan’ pushed its release date. It is clearly visible that no one wants to mess with Shah Rukh Khan's massive stardom.

'Jawan' release date postponed

Earlier, 'Jawan' was set to release on June 2, 2023 but the release date has been rescheduled and it is going to release on September 7. Apart from ‘Jawan’, Shah Rukh Khan's ‘Dunki’ is going to release on December 22, 2023 which will be directed by Raj Kumar Hirani. Apart from Shah Rukh, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani will also play important roles.
