Actor Disha Patani made her first public appearance after a shocking incident outside her house in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Shots were fired outside her home following alleged remarks made by her elder sister Khushboo Patani about spiritual leader Aniruddhacharya Maharaj, which were wrongly linked to Premanand Ji Maharaj.
For her latest outing, Disha attended a Calvin Klein event in New York City. As the brand ambassador of Calvin Klein, she wore a backless black bodycon dress with a plunging neckline. With her hair open and minimal makeup, the Radhe actor looked elegant and stylish as she smiled and posed for the cameras.

What Happened Outside Disha Patani’s House
Authorities said several rounds of aerial firing happened around 4:30 am outside Disha’s home. No one was hurt. The Dhelana brothers (Virendra and Mahendra) claimed responsibility and warned, “I, Virendra Charan, Mahendra Saran (Delana), brothers, today the firing that happened at Khushboo Patani/Disha Patani’s (Bollywood actress) house… was done because she insulted our revered saints. This was just a trailer. Next time, if she or anyone else shows disrespect towards our religion, then no one in their house will be left alive.”
The issue started when Khushboo Patani criticised Aniruddhacharya Maharaj over his comments on live-in relationships. Many social media users mistakenly thought she was referring to Premanand Ji Maharaj, which triggered trolling. Khushboo later clarified that her comments were only about Aniruddhacharya Maharaj and warned she would take legal action if harassment continued.
Speaking to ANI, Disha’s father Jagdish Patani defended his daughters. He said, “Khushboo (sister of actor Disha Patani) was misrepresented. Her name was dragged into the matter of Premanand Ji Maharaj. We are Sanatanis, and we respect the sadhus and saints. If someone is misrepresenting her statement, it is a conspiracy to demean us…”
So far, Disha Patani has not commented publicly on the firing incident. Despite the scare, she continues to attend events
