Days after the release of War 2, Hrithik Roshan is trending once again due to a special tribute from fans. More than 50 dancers from across India gathered in Mumbai to perform a flashmob celebrating 25 years of Hrithik Roshan’s career. The event was organised by popular dance creators Tarun Namdev, Junior Jethu, and Shruti Parija.
The three-minute performance brought Bollywood nostalgia to the streets. Dancers grooved to songs from Hrithik’s debut film Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, including its title track, along with hits from Dhoom 2, Krrish, Koi… Mil Gaya, and Janaabe Aali from War 2. The dancers moved freely on the streets of Mumbai, while crowds captured the energetic tribute on their phones.

Sharing the video, paparazzi page Viral Bhayani wrote, “From Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai to War 2, 50+ dancers come together to give a dance tribute to Hrithik Roshan.”
Reacting to the clip, one user said, “It’s raining heavy in Bombay from last few days but in this video looks sooo sunny.”
Another commented, “Aaj ka youth movie ke piche pagal h movie ko movie ki tarah dekh hi nhi sakta.” Heart emojis and loving messages for Hrithik flooded social media.

25 Years Of Hrithik Roshan In Bollywood
Hrithik Roshan made his debut in Bollywood with Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai (2000), directed by his father Rakesh Roshan. He starred opposite Ameesha Patel (playing a double role as Rohit, an aspiring singer, and Raj, an NRI who falls in love with Patel’s character). To prepare for the role, Hrithik trained with Salman Khan to improve his physique and took lessons in acting, dancing, singing, fencing, and horse riding.
The film was a huge success, becoming one of the highest-grossing films of 2000. Hrithik won both the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut and Best Actor for the same film, a rare achievement. His performance sparked “Hrithikmania,” turning him into an overnight star.
Over the years, Hrithik has appeared in many successful films, including Koi… Mil Gaya (2003), Krrish (2006), Dhoom 2 (2006), Jodhaa Akbar (2008), Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), Agneepath (2012), Krrish 3 (2013), Bang Bang! (2014), Kaabil (2017), Super 30 (2019), War (2019), and Fighter (2024). These films were praised critically and performed well at the box office.
Currently, Hrithik stars in War 2 alongside Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. Released on August 14, 2025, the film is running in theatres, but box office numbers have not matched expectations.
