When Katrina Kaif revealed why Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Kapoor doesn't like her: 'The reason is...'

Neetu Kapoor left everyone guessing with her cryptic post on Instagram. Taking to her Instagram stories, the veteran actor shared a post in which she seemingly took a dig at Ranbir Kapoor’s ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif. For those who don’t know, Ranbir and Katrina began dating in 2010 and called it quits in 2016. They dated for six years. Now, days after the post went viral, an old interview of Katrina has become the talk of the town in which she talks about the her equation with Ranbir's mother Neetu.

In the interview, Katrina was asked "Rumour has it that Ranbir’s mother Neetu doesn’t like you." Katrina replied that the rumours have been floating up in the air because she chose to guard her life, leaving room for speculations. “I’m stumped. The reason and the person responsible for these rumours that you are saying quite honestly would be me. I’ll take the full blame for that and you may ask why. The reason is since the last eight or nine years, I have chosen not to comment on my personal life whoever it may be or whatever it is about-the people or the man in my life," she said.

When Katrina said her greatest fear is Ranbir may not love me completely

Meanwhile, in a throwback interview with GQ, Katrina had said that she is not close her then beau Ranbir’s family as she would like to. “I am not as close to Ranbir’s family as I would like. But I would like to hang out with them more. Family would be a defining factor when I make the decision to marry. I am a very responsive person. So, if my partner gives me what I need, I can be the best girlfriend you can wish for.”

She also opened about her greatest fear while dating Ranbir. She said that she felt he might not love her completely. 

“My greatest fear is that if and when I get married and I am standing at the altar or the mandap, he (Ranbir) may not love me completely. That he may not know his mind well enough to be making those commitments. The anticipation of heartbreak is my only fear.”
