'Where is Pushpa?’: Makers share major Pushpa 2 update, teaser to release on Allu Arjun’s birthday eve 

Allu Arjun fans are in for a treat on the actor’s birthday. Pushpa: The Rule or Pushpa 2 teaser will be released ahead of the actor’s birthday. On Wednesday, Mythri Movie Makers shared a special video revealing the actual teaser of the film will release on the eve of Allu Arjun’s birthday, i.e., April 7. 

Where is Pushpa?

The new video titled ‘Where is Pushpa?’ reveals that Pushpa has been on the run after escaping from the Tirupati prison. It also has people gathering in flocks for massive riots on the streets. The video ends with the text, ‘Hunt before the rule’.

About Pushpa: The Rise 

Pushpa: The Rise released in December 2021, which took the entire nation by storm. The film starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil emerged as one of the most successful films post pandemic. The film become the powerhouse Indian common man with dialogues and songs becoming a cultural phenomenon.

Pushpa 2 update

Written and directed by Sukumar, who has helmed the first instalment as well, Pushpa 2 or Pushpa: The Rule is the final instalment in the franchise. The shooting of the film began in October, 2022. 

Initially, Pushpa 2 was expected to release in 2022, but due to delay in film's shooting, it has now been pushed to 2023. Pushpa 2 is expected to release this summer. As per several media reports, makers are eyeing for a June release.
