Yash Raj Films announces release dates of 4 upcoming films

On Sunday, Yash Raj Films announced the theatrical release of their upcoming four films, Bunty Aur Babli 2, Prithviraj, Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Shamshera. These four films are a part of Yash Raj Films fifty years plan.

Bunty Aur Babli 2:

Bunty Aur Babli 2, which brings back the superhit on-screen jodi of Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji along with Siddhant Chaturvedi and debutant Sharvari, will release on November 19 this year. The film, directed by Varun V Sharma, is touted to be a hilarious out and out family entertainer.

Prithviraj:

Prithviraj is a historical film starring Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Manushi Chhillar and Sonu Sood. The film is directed by Dr Chandraprakesh Dwivedi. It was originally slated to arrive in theatres this Diwali. However, according to the latest reports announcement, the film has now booked a 21 January 2022 release.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar:

Jayeshbhai Jordaar, starring superstar Ranveer Singh & Shalini Pandey releases worldwide Feb 25, 2022. A family entertainer set in Gujarat, Ranveer will be seen playing a Gujarati man, who becomes an unlikely hero. Director: Divyang Thakkar

Shamshera:

Shamshera starring superstar Ranbir Kapoor is an adrenaline-pumping entertainer which is set to release on March 18, 2022. Vaani Kapoor stars opposite Ranbir. Sanjay Dutt plays the merciless nemesis in this visual extravaganza. Director: Karan Malhotra.

This comes after the Maharashtra government has announced that theatres will be opening in the state soon.
