AIIMS Delhi: 20 doctors, 6 MBBS students test COVID positive

20 doctors and six MBBS students have tested positive for COVID-19 at the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS).

"Of the total 26 healthcare staff, 20 are doctors and six MBBS students of AIIMS, who were found to be Covid-19 positive in the last 10 days."

Of these 26, only two had taken both the doses of Covid vaccine, sources said.

This comes a day after 37 doctors were tested positive for coronavirus at Delhi Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

The national capital reported 7,437 fresh cases of COVID-19 in a single day and on the other hand the nation reported its highest surge in the cases with nearly 1.32 lakh new cases.
