Five breakfast items that can help you lower your sugar level include the following:

Include sprouts, such as Chana Dal or Moong Dal in your breakfast. Being rich in fiber content, and antioxidant, they improve insulin sensitivity and slow down carbohydrate absorption. 

Green Vegetables Prevents Blood Sugar Spikes 

High fiber present in green vegetables slows down your digestion, and prevents blood sugar spikes. In addition, these vegetables have low glycemic index that does not cause an increase in blood glucose levels. All in all, they improve your overall health. Eating these vegetables by boiling and adding some salt to them will let you draw their maximum benefits. 

Salads Reduce Inflammation and Improve Insulin Sensitivity
