Fried foods are bad for your liver. Oats are good, olive oil is excellent. Fried snacks add unhealthy fats, but oats and olive oil support digestion and healthy fat metabolism.

Sugar drinks are bad for your liver. Sweet potatoes are good, berries are excellent. Sugary beverages promote fat storage, whereas sweet potatoes and berries offer fibre and antioxidants.

Ultra‑processed meats are bad for your liver. Beans are good, salmon is excellent. Processed meats often have saturated fat and additives, but beans and salmon provide healthy protein and omega‑3 fats.
