Dr Zaidi explains that joint pain, morning stiffness and weakness are not isolated problems. They are often connected to what is happening at a cellular level. Maintaining muscle mass after 40 is crucial, even through simple home exercises. Avoiding habits like smoking, excess alcohol, late nights, and prolonged sitting also makes a big difference. Even a gentle 12 to 14-hour gap between dinner and breakfast can activate natural repair processes.
