Coffee with ghee

Kriti Sanon makes it a point to start her day with a cup of black coffee and it not some regular one, but adds a spoon of ghee to it, which not only helps her in keeping fit but also helps her in the digestion process and is one thing that she abides to.

Kriti Sanon never misses on her workout

Working out on a regular basis is the number one rule in Kriti’s fitness diary. Cardio, weight training and kickboxing is some of the workout techniques the ‘Mimi’ actress goes for.

High protein low carbs

When she is shooting or has a scene lined up, kriti makes a point to for a high protein and low carb diet. Adds more of eggs and soya in her diet. And makes it a point to cut out from her diet, especially during her dinners.

When Kriti cuts carbohydrates from her diet, she makes it a point to substitute rice with Quinoa, which boosts up her energy level and helps her in keeping fuller and fitter.
