  • You can even consume 1 teaspoon of sesame oil on day. Thereafter, you can increase the daily consumption to 1 tablespoon by day 5.
  • You can even sprinkle roasted seeds of sesame on curd, salads, dal or roti to boost your daily fibre intake.
