Deep Fried Foods

Avoid eating Samosas, Pakoris, Kachori etc. They have high quantity of Trans fat, which causes inflammation in the body.

Rewari, Gajak, Chikki

These foods contain jaggery that increases sugar level in the body. As a result, blood becomes thicker. If you are diabetic, then you should avoid eating them completely.
