In one of her interviews, Akshara Singh had stated on how she makes it a point to workout on a daily basis. And there is not even a single day, when she misses her exercises or workout routine. Working out in the morning, is a must for her!

Say No to Wheat and Maida

In order to shed more kgs in a short span of time, Akshara Singh had mentioned that she has opted to stay away from wheat as well as Maida related food items. And has opted to add more of liquids to her diet.

Akshara Singh Opted for Yoga in the evening

Other than hitting the Gym, Akshara Singh has also made it a point to do Yoga in the evenings and go for proper workout in the mornings. Exercising in the gym boosts up her energy, while Yoga helps her connect with the soul and further calms her down.

More of Fruits and Veggies added to the diet

In order to avoid eating junk but still stay full, Akshara Singh had opted to include more of fruits and vegetables in her diet. And has it in raw form. Green leafy vegetables is always her priority.
