Follow Kiara’s tips

Oil once a week is a must. You can use coconut oil, almond oil, castor oil, olive oil, or any other oil that you like. Rub it into the scalp and to the roots. Oiling provides nourishment and makes the hair follicles strong.

Yoghurt is amazing for treating dandruff. Dandruff can be caused due to several reasons. One of them can be dehydration which might lead to the shedding of dead cells which ultimately block the pores. Yoghurt helps to relieve the itchiness and also cleanses the scalp of the dead cells.

Trim your hair regularly. It helps to keep the tresses long and strong. By regular trimming, you can avoid split ends, dryness, or hair breakage.

For bad hair days, tie your hair up to avoid greasiness. Kiara prefers a top knot or ties her hair into a ponytail.

Washing your hair regularly. Use a mild shampoo that won't strip away the natural oils in your scalp. Don’t forget to use a conditioner as the shampoo can throw your pH level off. The conditioner brings the hair back and also adds freshness to it.
