Health Tips: Eating healthy is crucial for celebrities who want to stay in shape. Whether a sportsperson or a Bollywood actor, they all have to possess a healthy body to perform their best or look good on screen. This comes with vigorous exercise routines and diet plans. It could be difficult to eat healthy food that tastes bland all the time. However, these celebrities have shared some easy salad recipes that are healthy yet tasty. Here are a few celebrity salad recipes you must try before breaking your diet.
This Sri Lankan actress and model eats the 'Zing Salad', which helps her maintain a healthy body and skin. This salad is a mixture of basil leaves, lettuce, Swiss chard, bok choy, mint leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green olives, feta cheese, nuts and seeds, a tiny drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar with Himalayan salt and black pepper sprinkle. Remember to wash all the leaves and veggies very well. Then, mix all these ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
Alia Bhatt's beetroot salad is healthy, refreshing and mouth-watering. For this, take a peeled and boiled beetroot and grate it. Then add some yoghurt, chat masala, coriander leaves and black pepper. After that, add a tadka made of hot oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and a pinch of thing. Mix it well and enjoy.
Malaika Arora swears by this watermelon salad recipe, especially in the summertime. To make this salad, dice some watermelon into cubes. On top of this, add feta cheese, nuts, cucumber, onion and a squeeze of lemon juice. This salad is not only refreshing but also a perfect snack or a side on a hot summer day.

For his rocket salad, add a lot of rocket leaves, puffed quinoa, roasted bell peppers, watermelon, pumpkin seeds, and cashew nuts with a drizzle of olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
