Kartik Aaryan leases Shahid Kapoor’s swanky sea-facing home in Mumbai’s Juhu; Rent ₹7.5 lakh a month. PICS

Shahid Kapoor’s Juhu apartment: Kartik Aaryan has leased an apartment belonging to Shahid Kapoor in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The actor has rented the sea-facing apartment for ₹7.5 lakh per month. Till last year, Shahid, Mira Rajput and their children Zain Kapoor and Misha Kapoor lived in the flat in Praneta building on Juhu Tara Road. Later they moved into a swanky new duplex located in Mumbai’s Worli.

The sea-facing apartment is a penthouse, overlooking the beach and is drenched in neutral tones, greenery and offers some of the best views of Mumbai’s Juhu beach.

Shahid bought property in 2014

Shahid had reportedly bought the property before marrying Mira, in 2014. The USP of the building is its proximity to Juhu beach. According to information, the flat is spread over 3,681 sq ft and comes with two parking spaces in the compound. According to lease terms, the tenant will pay a 7% escalation in rent every year.

Kartik Aaryan has paid ₹45 lakh as security deposit for the flat. He paid the stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction on January 12, 2023.

Spacious home facing sea

When Shahid Kapoor and Mira lived in the Juhu road apartment, they often shared family photos and videos taken at their home. It has a spacious sit-out nook facing the sea. The sit-out area offers a serene mix of modern and natural elements and is perfect for enjoying sunsets in a lush lawn overlooking the sea.

Shahid and Mira now live in a 8,625 sq ft duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Prabhadevi. They purchased it in 2018 for ₹55.60 crore and moved into the apartment around September last year. Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan lived in an apartment in Versova till now that he purchased for ₹1.60 crore in 2019, according to reports.
