The Chaiyan Chaiyan actress shared to her millions of followers that she starts her day off with an ABC (Apple Beetroot Carrot) juice followed by other food items that fuel her for the day while maintaining her iconic figure.

She begins the video with her 10 AM meal is an ABC (Apple Beetroot Carrot with Ginger) juice. Her ABC juice is followed up with an Avo Toast at 12 PM. She explained Avo Toast as an Egg covered with Avocado instead of bread, she also highlighted the protein content of this meal. For lunch the actress had her favorite dish i.e. Khichdi with all the vegetables. She calls Khichdi a wholesome food during Mumbai winters. The actress ended the video by showing her 5 PM fruit snack which included Blueberries and Cherries, she also mentioned the antioxidant contents in her snack.
