If you do not do some exercises such as walking or any other exercise that can stir up your muscles, after taking dinner, your blood sugar level may increase and you may become diabetic.

You could be overweight if you go to bed after taking dinner. Doing some exercises can help you control your weight.
Sleep
Going to bed without doing some exercises after taking dinner can cause sleep related problems to you.
You can overcome these problems if you do some exercises after taking dinner. All you need to do is go for walking for some time.
