Parineeti believes in the traditional Indian methods of Yoga to remain healthy and fit. She advises to begin your day with basic Yoga asanas, especially by doing some important breathing exercises. Yoga and meditational practices have proven to be extremely helpful in building a stress-free lifestyle. It even promotes positive energy in and throughout your body.

Workout with a punch of Strength Training

Workout is crucial to your fitness and cannot be avoided at any cost. However, Parineeti suggests adding a twist of Strength Training to your regular workout routine. Choose walking over gymming
