Sadhguru tips

Sadhguru knows a thing or two about life and never fails to share them with his fans and followers alike. The yoga guru makes it to the point to pass on his teachings that have proven to help many along his spiritual journey. While his love for yoga has been widely recognized, not many love that he shares a special relationship with food too. According to him, food builds our body, and it is the main part of the fuel along with water, sunlight, and air. Every activity needs a different kind of food and explaining the same, Sadhguru has shed some light on what to pick when. Food for physical activities

For physical activities, the body needs solid food such as chapati, dosa, but for mental activity, and liquid millet porridge. Personally, Sadhguru prefers sprouted methi, soaked groundnuts, soaked almonds, and walnuts.

Sadhguru follows a sattvic diet

Sadhguru leads a life that requires him to be energetic all the time. And, for the same, he follows a sattvic diet that includes grains, nuts, seeds, and other plant-based foods. He hardly includes any spice in his diet.

What should we avoid?

Sadhguru suggests a person should avoid aaloo paratha and chole bhature due to the high-fat percentage. Now, many of us may believe that Sabudana is healthy, but Sadhguru has suggested otherwise. As per him, a person should never include sabudana in his meal in any way.

Two miraculous foods: Neem leaves and Turmeric

Sadhguru suggests intaking two foods — Neem Leaves and Turmeric — that are absolute magic. “These two things can do a miracle in your life,” he said. He suggests taking them on an empty stomach and for 10-15 minutes to spread in your body. They bring down the inflammatory levels in the body, he says.
