Sadhguru Tips: The spiritual guru is famous for giving insightful and wonderful information to his devotees about several things that help them to achieve something in life. He focuses a lot on yoga and meditation and motivates people to follow the path of meditation and yoga to achieve something in life. However, so many people face difficulty while meditating and maybe this is the reason that Jaggi Vasudev introduced the method of meditation in his recent video.

Sadhguru reveals how to meditate

Sadhguru said in the video, "You sit for meditation, you sit like this (shows how to sit). Body tells you this is not the Asana. You sit like this, this is not the Asana (sits in an inappropriate way). Sit like this, this is not the Asana. This is simply because there is a coiled up stuff, it has to find it's way. Most people cannot meditate unless they exhaust the karma of activity within themselves. Prarabhda is alloted karma and it is like a coiled spring it wants to find expression. It will not spare anybody. So, the best way is to get into that kind of activity that it'll wear you out. By the time you go to bed if you put your head, even two inches before it touches your pillow you're dead. So, if you use yourself like this, now when I sit, if you sit, you simply sit unmoving."

Sadhguru about remembering bad experiences

Sadhguru often advises his followers to do something extraordinary that astounds everyone but especially pleases them as adhering to his path yields results. He recently disclosed that it is important to recall negative life experiences because they teach several things.
