You take about ten to twelve peppercorns, break it into pieces, don’t powder it, just break it into pieces, soak it in honey, in a couple of spoons of honey overnight, about eight to twelve hours and then in the morning you take it and just chew up on the pepper, it’ll take away the phlegm. If you’re regularly practicing pranayama, kapalabhadra, phlegm should go completely. As you pick up speed with pranayama, you will see it’ll just burn up all the phlegm.”
