A new video of Sadhguru is going viral on the internet which shows him talking about meditativeness. He is trying to teach his devotees that they should follow the path of meditation. He said, “Once you place your well-being outside of yourself, you are enslaved to something. Yes or No? If your health is in my hands, you are enslaved to me. If your mental health is in my hands, you are enslaved to me. If your happiness or joy is in my hands, you are enslaved to me. It is must be enshrined within you because that’s where it belongs.”

He further said, “Meditativeness, means this, that you are a source of wellbeing to yourself for sure, if possible, for more people. World may allow it, world may now allow it, but if possible, but at least for this life, you must be the source of wellbeing not something else.”
