Shweta Tiwari Video: Actress Promotes Hair Colour Brand With 10-Minute Solution
In the video, Shweta introduced the brand by saying, “Hi, this is Shweta Tiwari, and it’s lovely to be associated with Chick Quick Creme hair color. I think it’s a great brand because we know how we struggle in our day-to-day life. When there’s grey hair, you have to go to a party, you or a meeting, or just to meet your friends, and you do not want to look old. So you want to color your hair.”
She added, “Every time you can’t go to the salon, you need something quick and fast, so I think they’ve got the solution. This time, they’ve come with a ten-minute solution. You just open the pack, mix it and color your hair and look fantastic the way you want to look, and the price is only ten rupees.”

Shweta Tiwari’s Secret To Fitness
Apart from beauty products, Shweta’s discipline in fitness also plays a big role in her youthful appearance. In a candid chat with comedian Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa last month, she revealed that she recently began doing Pilates. She said, “I’ve started doing Pilates, it’s been about two months now. I also go for walks and do a bit of weight training. It’s limited at the moment, but I’ll be back at it fully.”
When it comes to yoga, Shweta admitted with a laugh that meditation does not come easy to her. She joked, “Whenever I try to do yoga and close my eyes, I start thinking, oh, I have to buy groceries, do the laundry, and all sorts of other things.”
Fitness is only half the story. Shweta is also strict about her meals. Her dietician (Dr Kinita Patel) earlier revealed that the actress never compromises on her food plan, even on busy shooting days. Patel shared in a 2021 interview, “We closely monitored her food intake, even while she was on set. Every meal was planned. Shweta ensured her workouts and diet stayed on track. If a scene required her to eat something on screen, she would call me to discuss it first.”
