The harsh reality concerning mental health issues

One of the leading causes of withdrawal in youngsters is depression and related mental health issues. The busy world we live in allows no room for focusing on mental health. Ignoring mental health leads to the development of uncontrolled psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. According to WHO, the situation in our current society is extremely worse with over 280 million people suffering from depression. Moreover, the hostile attitude of the world towards mental health issues makes it nearly impossible for patients to come out of their shells. If you are someone who is struggling with such matters, it is advised that you don’t keep it to yourself and seek help immediately.
