It is thought that a person may lose money through transactions made after sunset and during Brahma Muhurta, and that money never truly remains in his possession since Goddess Lakshmi is thought to have travelled during this period. Under such circumstances, financial transactions or labour involving money can always be completed in the morning or before sunrise. In addition, Hindu texts state that working on financial matters is best done in the hour immediately following sunrise or just before dusk.
