Richa followed an anti-inflammatory intermittent fasting routine. She shared that making a few smart changes helped her beat inflammation and bloating, two common problems that slow down fat loss. She posted her before-and-after glimpse and explained her simple approach.

What Is Richa Gangani’s 18-10-8-4-1 Weight Loss Method?

Richa followed her own method called the “18-10-8-4-1 Method.” Here’s how it works:

18 hours fasting: She ate between 11 am and 5/6 pm. This helped her body rest and manage insulin levels.

10,000 steps daily: Instead of heavy workouts, she focused on moving more throughout the day.

8 hours of sleep: She said sleep plays a key role in fat burning and recovery.

4 litres of water: She also drank anti-inflammatory teas to reduce bloating and improve skin health.

1 gram of protein per kg of body weight: This helped her maintain muscle while losing fat.

She also took 1 teaspoon of MCT oil on an empty stomach each morning to boost fat burning from the start of the day.
