Some ghee in food…

To bring glow on the face, Pooja takes carbohydrates but it is a little ghee in her food that she believes is what bring that glow to her face.

Morning skin care routine of Pooja is easy. She says she feels lazy in the morning and avoids any rigorous skin care. However, in the morning skin care routine, she likes to wash her face first and apply moisturizer.

Pooja uses three most important skincare products – moisturiser, face wash and a face pack. She uses face packs only after completing her shoots as her skin needs rest and hydration after exposure to the sun.

Homemade face pack

Due to her hectic shooting routine, he actor has to apply heavy makeup on the skin. But she makes sure that she removes makeup before sleeping. She also uses natural ingredients like turmeric and cream in her homemade face packs.

She says her skin is very dry and has to be regularly moisturized. Besides, she drinks lot of water throughout the day to keep the skin hydrated from inside.

Sunscreen is important

At times Pooja has to shoot in the sun. In such a situation, she says sunscreen is very important to prevent any damage to the skin. She makes sure to use it during shoots to keep her skin from getting tanned.

When not shooting Pooja doesn’t like to wear makeup.

The Mohen jo Daro actor believes that your skin will look healthy only when you take a healthy diet. She prefers home cooked food. He regular diet consists of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. This helps in making the skin healthy and glowing.
