Four terrorists have been killed in two encounters in Jammu and Kashmir today. In the Awantipora encounter, on Tuesday, the security forces got another big success. Security forces eliminated three terrorists involved in several terrorist crimes including the killing of an ASI of CRPF and 2 RPF personnel in the Awantipora encounter. The same, a terrorist has been killed in the ongoing encounter in Anantnag’s Bijbehara, the operation is still going on.
ADGP Kashmir said, as per our source, one is FT of Lashkar-e-Taiba and one local terrorist is Mukhtiar Bhat, who is involved in several terror crimes including killing of one ASI of CRPF and 2 RPF personnel.
ADGP Kashmir said, among the 3 terrorists killed, Lashkar commander Mukhtar Bhat is also included. According to the source, he was on his way with the FT for a fidayeen attack on the security forces camp. One AK-74 rifle, one AK-56 rifle and one pistol have been recovered. Police and army averted a major terrorist incident.
At the same time, an encounter is going on between terrorists and security forces in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, a terrorist has been killed. Police gave this information.
