Aero India 2025, Asia’s largest aerospace and defence exhibition, is all set to take off at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru from February 10 to February 14, 2025. The much-anticipated air show will feature breathtaking aerial performances, showcasing India's growing aviation strength. This edition is particularly special for the Indian Air Force, as it will highlight India’s Defence capabilities on a global stage.

The event follows the theme "The Runway to a Billion Opportunities", emphasising India’s potential in the aerospace sector. With a massive exhibition area of 42,000 square metres and participation from over 900 exhibitors, including 150 foreign firms, Aero India 2025 is expected to be the biggest-ever edition.

Indian Air Force to Showcase Aerial Prowess

The Indian Air Force has confirmed thrilling performances by its prestigious aerobatic teams—Suryakiran and Sarang. The Suryakiran team, consisting of nine Hawk Mk 132 aircraft, is famous for its precise and breathtaking aerial manoeuvres. Meanwhile, the Sarang team, known for its helicopter aerobatics, will put on a spectacular show in the skies of Bengaluru.

Adding to the excitement, foreign fighter jets will make a debut at Aero India 2025. The much-talked-about Su-57, Russia’s fifth-generation fighter jet, and the American F-35 lightweight fighter jet will showcase their agility in thrilling aerial stunts.

Global Defence Presence at Aero India 2025

Aero India 2025is not just about air displays—it is a key event for global aerospace and defence collaborations. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has highlighted the significant participation of more than 90 nations, reflecting the world's confidence in India’s aviation sector. Dignitaries, including Defence Ministers from 30 countries and air chiefs from 43 nations, will be present, making this event crucial for international defence cooperation.

According to Rajnath Singh, the event will strengthen India's vision of self-reliance in defence manufacturing and boost collaborations with friendly nations.

The exhibition will be open to business visitors from February 10 to February 12, while the general public can attend on February 13 and 14.

General public ticket price: ₹2,500
