Amid covid crisis, Pakistani Faisal Edhi offer’s PM Modi to send ambulance

Meanwhile, Faisal Edhi, son of Pakistan’s philanthropist Abdul Sattar Edhi, has written a letter to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. He has expressed concern over the growing corona virus cases in India and offered to help.

Faisal Edhi writes letter to PM Modi –

Faisal wrote in his letter, ‘We at the Edhi Foundation are seeing the impact of the Corona crisis on the people of India. We are sad to know that the pandemic has such an impact on your country where a large number of people are struggling. ‘ He has condescendingly offered 50 ambulances along with his service.

He has told that his team includes medical technologies, office staff, drivers and support staff and the foundation will cater to all their needs, its burden will not fall on India. For this, they have sought permission to come to India and cooperate with the local and police administration. He said that he is keen to send the team to help in critical areas. Faisal himself wants to lead this team to India and is ready to leave as soon as he is allowed. He has made it clear that he will not put any burden on India in return for this service.

He has said that volunteers from his team want to come to India with 50 ambulances and help people fight this epidemic. In a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Faisal has said, “We are very sorry to hear about the extraordinary impact of the pandemic in India, there are a lot of people suffering a lot …. We 50 Would like to help as a fleet of ambulances. ”

He said, “We will arrange all the necessary supplies that our team needs to help the people of India.” Crucially, we are not requesting any other assistance from you, as we are providing fuel, food and necessary facilities which our team will require. ‘”We only request your permission as well as the necessary guidance from the local administration and police department,” the letter states.

Meanwhile Faisal Edhi runs the network of the largest charitable ambulance in Pakistan. With the help of this foundation, Geeta returned to India a few years ago from Pakistan. Geeta had lived in Pakistan for about 15 years, after which she was able to come back to India after helping many people. At the same time, people in Pakistan are seeking to help India amid the rising corona virus cases in India.
