Anantnag Encounter: India mourns the death of its braveheart! Major Ashish Dhaunchak body arrives home

Anantnag Encounter: Today, the funeral services for Major Ashish and Colonel Manpreet Singh, who lost their lives fighting terrorists in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. The martyrs' mortal remains will be transported to their home village in the late afternoon. Both the family of Major Ashish Dhonak and the family of martyr Colonel Manpreet Singh reside in Sector 7 of Panipat, Haryana, while their ancestral village is Binjhol. Both commanders were honoured by the Army on Thursday, and today their mortal remains will be returned to their homes of origin. On Wednesday, DSP Humayun Bhatt of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, who died in the same encounter, was cremated at Budgam.

Honoring Major Ashish's Legacy

Major Ashish Dhaunchak's lifeless remains, who died at the hands of terrorists in the Anantnag district, have arrived in Panipat. He was 36 years old. In his home village of Binjhaul, he will receive his final rites. His corpse was taken to the new home he had constructed in TDI City. Major Ashish's mortal remains arrived at his dream residence in Jammu and Kashmir. Thousands of people are making their way to the Major's house to show their respect. In a depressing setting, the Major is receiving his final farewell.

Mohali Awaits Colonel Manpreet Singh Arrival

His lifeless remains would arrive in Mohali by 11:30 am, according to Sandeep Singh, the brother of Colonel Manpreet Singh, who died during the battle with terrorists in Anantnag. His final rituals will take place between 2 and 2:30 pm.
