Anurag Thakur: Union Minister Anurag Thakur was spotted last night offering help in pushing a bus that had become stopped on a curvy road in Himachal Pradesh. As per the sources, anurag was in Bilaspur's village campaigning for election when he saw a traffic caused by a bus full of passengers that had broken down on a winding road through the village.
Anurag Thakur, minister of information and broadcasting, decided to get out of his car and assist those who were pushing the bus out of the way while his convoy was also halted up in the traffic jam.
On his way to address an election meeting in Bilaspur, I&B Minister @ianuragthakur found himself stuck in a traffic jam caused by a bus that had stalled. He got off his car, pushed the bus to help the driver get the engine going, left for next meeting.#HimachalPradeshElections pic.twitter.com/78wAZAUYZc

When the traffic jam lifted, he spoke with the driver and passengers to find out how they were doing before leaving to continue his campaigning.
He had earlier in the day promised that the Himachal Pradesh BJP government would upgrade the fundamental infrastructure at pilgrimage sites and connect every village in the state with metal roads within five years of taking office.
The BJP would implement "Project Shakti" in the state over the next ten years to develop the state's transportation infrastructure, according to Mr. Thakur, who was speaking at election rallies in the Ghumarvi, Jhanduta, and Sadar assembly constituencies in the Bilaspur district.
Voting in Himachal Pradesh will take place on November 12, and results will be announced on December 8.
