Bengaluru: Sculpture Made From Plastic Bottles at KSR Bengaluru Station Impresses PM Modi

Bengaluru: All of India’s main cities have struggled to manage their plastic garbage, particularly in public areas like bus stops, train stations, and airports. The South Western Railways in Bengaluru organised a special awareness campaign on how to dispose of plastic debris at train stops to raise awareness among the general people. Even Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised it on Twitter.
On Monday, the Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna (KSR) railway station personnel created a sculpture out of plastic rubbish that had been left lying around the station. “This sculpture is composed of hundreds of plastic water bottles that were gathered in the last 12 hours, all of these plastic bottles were scattered throughout the railway station.” said a sign at the sculpture.
