The matter of Delhi government minister Rajendra Pal Gautam joining the oath of not believing in Hindu gods and goddesses seems to be gaining momentum. The BJP has demanded Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to sack him from his cabinet. Delhi BJP state president Adesh Gupta, while sharing the video of minister Rajendra Pal Gautam, said that CM Kejriwal should sack Rajendra Pal Gautam from his cabinet within 24 hours.
Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta has complained against CM Arvind Kejriwal and Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam. He has accused them of insulting Hindu gods. He said that as soon as elections come, Arvind Kejriwal starts reading Hanuman Chalisa. When he goes to Gujarat, he starts chanting Jai Shri Krishna, Jai Shri Krishna and his ministers in Delhi are saying that they don’t believe in Hindu gods and goddesses.
The Delhi BJP president tweeted, “The anti-Hindu cabinet minister of the Delhi government who insulted Hindu gods and goddesses among thousands of people is not pardonable. Are AAP ministers allowed to spew such venom towards any religion? Arvind Kejriwal, if there is any shame left, then sack such a minister.”
On the other hand, BJP Lok Sabha MP from Delhi Manoj Tiwari questioned Arvind Kejriwal’s double standard and said that Kejriwal says that all human beings are equal and there should be mutual brotherhood among people of all castes and religions, but his government’s minister Rajendra Pal Gautam has not accepted religions. They are plotting to fight among themselves. Tiwari demanded that Kejriwal immediately sack his minister Rajendra Pal Gautam, saying that such a person does not have the right to hold a constitutional post.
It is worth mentioning that Rajendra Pal Gautam was present at the event where people who allegedly converted to Buddhism took a pledge to follow the teachings of Lord Buddha and give up worship of Hindu gods and goddesses. Not only this, BJP has lodged a complaint against Rajendra Pal Gautam in this matter. Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta has filed a complaint against Aam Aadmi Patty minister Rajendra Pal Gautam in New Delhi DCP office that he has hurt sentiments by insulting Hindu deities.
