The Central Bureau of Investigation has re-summoned the father and two brothers of the Hathras’ victim for questioning. They were questioned by the CBI team yesterday as well.
While according to the CBI team the family has no issues in the entire process of investigation. CBI team is also investigating the Emergency Ward of Hathras district hospital where the girl was admitted and interacting with hospital administration.
The CBI has set up the office of Deputy Director of Agriculture as its camp office in Hathras. As part of the agency’s ongoing investigation, the CBI team collected samples from the spots where the victim of the alleged gang-rape was cremated by UP Police.
Yesterday the Allahabad High Court also made a statement that the cremation of a 19-year-old by UP Police is an infringement upon the human rights of the victim and her family.
