In a letter written to Rahul Gandhi, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has appealed to postpone the Bharat Jodo Yatra. The biggest reason behind postponing this yatra is Mansukh Mandaviya's talk of public health emergency in the circumstances of Covid.

After this letter from the Union Health Minister, it is being discussed whether the inputs have reached the Union Health Ministry that once again the situation of Covid may become dire in the coming days. Although the Congress is calling the letter of the Union Health Minister just a political letter. Congress leaders say that BJP leaders are scared of Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra. That is why suddenly by writing such a letter, not only are they talking about stopping the yatra, but they are also creating fear among the people.

Get genome sequencing done

The letter of Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has been issued at a time when the situation of Covid in China is getting serious to a great extent. In the midst of such a serious situation, a big meeting was held between senior officials of the Union Health Ministry. After that, an advisory was issued by the Union Health Secretary to all the states across the country. Big experts from all over the world expressed concern over the uncontrollable situation in China and were asked to conduct genome sequencing of the cases of Covid coming to their respective countries. So that if the virus has mutated, then the new variant can be identified.

Health experts say that in the midst of all these concerns, if the Union Health Minister has written a letter regarding the gathering of a huge crowd in a big event, then it should definitely be taken seriously.

However, experts associated with the health department say that the seriousness of the situation should apply not only to the Congress, but also to all major events including such gatherings in different areas across the country. A senior member associated with the committee to control Covid says that any such letter should not be seen as political in view of today's situation. He says that since this letter has been written for the Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress, it is natural for it to be politicised. He says that after seeing the situation in China within the next one week, some more precautionary concrete steps can be taken in the country.

In fact, the Congress party has lodged a strong protest on behalf of the Union Health Minister on Rahul Gandhi's appeal to postpone the Bharat Jodo Yatra. The Congress has now retaliated against the BJP government regarding this. Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary asked whether Prime Minister Modi followed the Corona protocol during the Gujarat elections. He says that Mansukh Mandaviya is not liking Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo tour, while people are liking it. Joining the journey. Congress leader Bhupinder Hooda and spokesperson Pawan Kheda have also raised questions on the Health Minister's letter. Both the leaders said that the Parliament session is going on, but we do not see any Covid protocol. If the government brings a protocol, we will follow it.

Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya wrote a letter to Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday asking him to strictly follow the Covid guidelines while traveling. Apart from this, passengers should also be isolated before and after joining the journey. Also, only those people who are fully vaccinated should be included in the journey. If this does not happen, the Union Health Minister has also appealed to Rahul Gandhi to postpone his visit in the interest of the country, citing the situation of public health emergency. It was only after the list of the Health Minister that the Congress leaders started expressing their opposition.
