Delhi News: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the launch of the Janta Awas Yojana 2025. The affordable DDA housing initiative would feature 144 flats out of which 82 would be on Chattarpur Main Road and 62 at Dwarka Mor. All of these available flats are in the economically weaker section (EWS) category.
Delhi News-Construction, Size and Prices
DDA remarked that constructions for flats at both the locations have been done by private builders. The flats near the Dwarka Mor Metro station range in 29.246 to 30.688 square meters, and would be priced between ₹12.63 lakh and ₹13.24 lakh. On the other hand, EWS flats on the Chattarpur main road would be in the size range of 45.57 to 48.24 square meters and are priced between ₹23.05 lakh and ₹24.37 lakh.
These DDA EWS flats come with both uncovered as well as covered parking. Two square meters of uncovered parking and 1.25 square meters of covered parking are also included. The flats can only be availed by individuals whose family income is less than Rs. 10 lakh per annum.
Registration Fee, Last Date and Lucky Draw Date
The registration fee for the EWS flats is Rs. 2,500 and the registration process will commence on January 7, 2026. The registration’s deadline is February 7, 2026 and the draw for the lucky winners would be held on February 13, 2026.
