Delhi News: Nightmare on Laxmi Nagar Road, Gym Owner Thrashed, Wife Molested, Son Stripped And Beaten, Family’s Fight for Justice Begins!

Delhi News: A personal feud soon turned into a massive violent brawl in Delhi's Laxmi Nagar area when a family was molested, stripped and thrashed on roads.

Delhi News: A group of miscreants in Laxmi Nagar trashed a gym owner before allegedly molesting his wife and stripping his son naked.

Rajesh Garg, who runs a gym in Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar area with his wife, was thrashed in his house’s basement. Rajesh alleged that Satish Yadav, the gym’s caretaker, cheated him before taking over the commercial venture.

Police has recovered CCTV footage of the Delhi crime that happened on January 2. The confrontation started when Rajesh and his wife went to the basement for inspecting a water leak. This is when Yadav came to the scene with a group of men. The situation soon became violent as an attack was launched by the group.

It was alleged by Rajesh that the men started punching and kicking him repeatedly. Rajesh claimed that the miscreants even molested his wife before grabbing, dragging and stripping his son naked. The family was rushed to Hedgewar Hospital for treatment.

Police Action

Satish Yadav has been arrested and the police are on a hunt for three accused Vikas Yadav, Shubham Yadav and Omkar Yadav. A case has been registered based on the complaint under different sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) including Section 329 for criminal trespass and house-trespass, Section 126(2) for wrongful restraint, Section 115(2) for voluntary causing hurt and Section 333 for house-trespass after preparation for hurt, assault.

Moreover, the accused have been charged under Section 79 for word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman, Section 74 for assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty, Section 351(3) for criminal intimidation and Section 3(5) for joint liability.
