Diwali 2022: Bollywood is preparing for a lavish Diwali celebration. Celebrities were spotted making the most of their time this year despite attending a number of events under one roof. This year, celebs hung out a lot and surely had a nice time as well. Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party was a big event, as was Kareena’s birthday party, where many stars appeared to have enjoyed themselves. But in B-town, celebrating Diwali is a must, so what better way to do it than to meet everyone, enjoy some delicious foods, and note what everyone is wearing?
However, following the outbreak, the past two years have been spent in utter desire to see and greet friends and family. But not anymore, as this Diwali will include lavish and extravagant events.
Typically, the Bachchan family, Ekta Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, Anil Kapoor and his wife Sunita Kapoor, and of course, Karan Johar, host Bollywood’s Diwali parties. In the party community, these names are well-known. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra will throw a party for their friends and families this year, but Shah Rukh Khan, the Bachchans, and Karan Johar will keep things low-key. Despite not holding a party themselves, they will be on the guest list of other celebrities who are.
Which celebrity is holding and who is not?
There won’t be a party this time because Karan Johar’s home is still under renovation. The welfare of his daughter Sonam Kapoor’s infant boy Vayu and the Covid incident were among Anil Kapoor’s top concerns. Anil has doubts about organizing a party owing to this. For the occasion of Karwa Chauth at her home, his wife Sunita recently invited all the women.

In addition to Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty, and Ekta Kapoor, Manish Malhotra will also hold a large Diwali party at his home. Everyone is anticipated to show up for Manish Malhotra’s Diwali celebration, from Kareena Kapoor to Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor to Kriti Sanon. The next major party will be held at Ramesh Taurani’s house, and the guest list is as extensive as his filmography. All A-list celebrities, including Vicky-Katrina, Salman Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor, will make an appearance at his lavish Diwali party.
