Farmers will again travel to Delhi to protest against the new agricultural laws. According to the schedule, permission was given to organize 'Kisan Sansad' near Parliament at Jantar Mantar in the entire monsoon session (22 July 9 August). According to the United Kisan Morcha, only 200 farmers will participate in the protests every day. In view of this, tight security arrangements have been made at Jantar Mantar. Delhi Police Commissioner Balaji Srivastava himself visited here and took stock of the security preparedness. During this several senior police officers were present with him. About 100 additional companies of security forces have been deployed from the border of the capital to Jantar Mantar.
Security increased on the border too -
There is a security arrangement in the three major borders of Delhi where the farmers are sitting. Along with this, the security of entire Delhi has also been increased. Especially the security of Singhu, Tikri border and Ghazipur border has been increased. As August 15 is also near, special vigil is being taken regarding the security. Additional companies of paramilitary force have been deployed. Additional security personnel have been deployed from the border to Jantar Mantar and all sensitive places of the capital.
In view of the tension in the Singhu border area, a five-layer security has been made. In this, 20 companies of paramilitary forces have been deployed. The road has been completely closed by putting barricades. The suspects are being closely monitored. Any person coming from Haryana is being allowed to enter Delhi only after thorough investigation.
Four layer security at Tikri border -
The situation on the Tikri border is that the security forces have been deployed in four layers. The top officials are keeping a close watch on the situation. The security system has also been strengthened by putting barricades at various places. The police is in touch with the farmer leaders and anti-social elements are being monitored from both the sides.
Barricading increased on Ghazipur border -
Along with the number of security personnel on the Ghazipur border, the Delhi Police has increased the barricading. Barricades have been set up in four layers and paramilitary personnel are deployed here. There is also a separate reserve battalion arrangement, so that in case of any disturbance, the security personnel can control the situation.
