Fog Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts that Delhi will experience cold waves for another two days. Due to the drizzle in many cities, a sharp drop in temperature was also recorded in Uttar Pradesh. In the mountains of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, heavy snowfall and rain have been forecast starting on Sunday.

Additionally, many sections of Delhi-NCR will still experience cold wave conditions. On December 26, early chilly waves and dense fog are expected. The fog continues to be a major problem for the natives. Also, this is creating a major problem for commuters.

Delhi

The national capital region will be engulfed in thick blankets of fog today as well IMD has already predicted a coldwave to impact the city, where, temperatures is likely to go even more low. The visibility will range between 50-100M today in the morning.

Lucknow

Lucknow will experience a similar visibility drop of up to 100M during the peak hours of morning. There is no releif predicted as of yet for Uttar Pradesh's capital and its surrounding regions which include Kanpur and Bareily.

Amritsar

Amritsar, which is already experiencing severe fog even during evenings will similarly get no update in the morning as well. The temperature is likely to soar below, and the fog is likely to get even more thicker. For today, the visibility will range somewhere around 50M.

Jaipur

Jaipur is anticipated to remain fog free albeit the cold conditions present. It is likely to continue its similar flow for few more days as well. This could also result in a fog-free season for the city.
