Fog Update: Moderate fog cover continues in the North, read IMD’s latest advisory here

Fog Update: As the morning continue to be cold despite the minimum temperatures rising, the fog too continues to have its impact. Though, the intensity of the fog has been reduced by many folds, many regions in UP-Bihar and Punjab are still facing the similar agony. Although, the nights are becoming clearer and very less impact of fog have been observed during the time.

The next week will witness moderate rains and hailstorms showing their wreath in the Northern region of the country. The effect fog will almost come to an end-stage following that week. For today's fog update, continue to read below.

Delhi

Once again, after some respite for a few days, fog will be present in the morning. IMD has predicted the visibility to dip up to 200 metres and then eventually improve up to 800 metres after the morning. This will be accompanied by partial cloud cover as well.

Lucknow

Lucknow and nearby cities including Bareilly and Kanpur will be facing the similar trends in fog like previous days. IMD predicts the visibility to be around 200 metres in the morning and 500 metres as the noon approaches.

Jaipur

IMD has predicted that no fog will be present in the Jaipur, as per the latest forecast. It will, however, be accompanied by the chilly temperatures. This trend is likely to follow on for upcoming days as well.

Amritsar

Today is predicted to be a relief-ful day for Amritsar. IMD has predicted a visibility of 1000 metres in the morning, which is better in comparison to previous days. However, after the morning hours, it is predicted to get up to 1200 metres later in the day.
