Fog Update: After a couple of days of relief, fog is predicted to make a comeback. As per the IMD's latest forecast, fog will once again get intense in various regions of the north. Thick to very dense fog conditions in the early hours are extremely possible over certain portions of Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh; dense fog in solitary patches across Himachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya; and over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura over the next 48 hours.
