No one expected the Taliban to take over Afghanistan so soon. Things could get worse there.
The 8th Conclave of Indian Army Chiefs will be held in Delhi from 16 to 18 September. It will be attended by current and former army chiefs. In this, there will be an exchange of views between the current army officers and former army officers.
