Harsh Vardhan: No shortage of vaccine in any state

Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has stated that there is no vaccine shortage in any part of the country and the government is providing them in required quantities all over the nation.

Earlier there were allegations on the Indian government by the opposition on vaccination stock shortage and now clearing all the facts the health minister has confirmed that India has enough vaccine in each and every state.

“There is no vaccine shortage in any part of the country. The Centre is providing the required quantities to all states and union territories,” he stated.

Yesterday, the Union Health Minister had chaired a high-level meeting virtually with the health ministers of 11 states and union territories to take the stock of rising COVID numbers in the country.

In the high-level meeting, Vardhan said, “The measures to prevent and contain COVID19 are not rocket science! We have successfully adopted these measures all of last year and shown the world our success story”.
