Senior Congress leader and Member of Parliament Shashi Tharoor on Tuesday acknowledged having certain differences with the Congress party but emphasized that any concerns he has will be addressed internally. Speaking to reporters in Thiruvananthapuram, Tharoor said, “I have been working Tharoor’s comments underscore a nuanced positionin the Congress for the past 16 years. When an issue arises for the nation, it is our responsibility to stand with the nation.”

Reaffirming his commitment to national service, the Thiruvananthapuram MP added, “When the nation needs my service, I am always ready.”
