India complains against Pakistan navy

Some Indian fishermen have made serious allegations against the Pakistan Navy, after which India has now taken a tough stand. The fishermen have accused the Pakistani Navy of kidnapping and firing. They have claimed that Pakistani Navy officials tried to forcibly sink a boat going to Harsiddhi. The fishermen also said that despite repeated appeals to the neighboring country's navy not to fire, they continued to do so. The Navy also tried to sink the boat. Not only this, he was also trying to kidnap the fishermen, but he failed to do so.

After this behavior of the Pakistani Navy with the fishermen, India has registered a case against the Pakistani Maritime Security Agency (PMSA). Navi Bandar Police Station in Porbandar, Gujarat has registered a case against 20 to 25 Pakistani officers aboard the Pakistani Ship 'PMSA Barkat' under sections 307, 365, 427, 324, 323 of the IPC. According to Indian fishermen, this incident is of 6 October. Some officers of the Pakistani Navy were trying to kidnap him. However, they could not prove successful in doing so. Because a fisherman present in the boat immediately made an SOS call (Save Our Ship), after which the Indian Coast Guard officials reached the spot.

The fishermen said that on October 6, at around 5 am, our boat was about 45 miles away from Jakhau Port in Gujarat. We went for fishing in the sea. Then PMSA's ship 'Barkat' came near Harsiddhi and started firing on the fishermen. We also appealed that they should not do this, but they continued to do so. The Pakistani Navy fired several rounds at our boat and tried to sink the boat. The fishermen said that at least 25 Pakistani officials were on board the 'PMSA Barkat'.

He told that the Pakistani Navy officers kidnapped 6 Indian fishermen and started beating them forcibly. Not only this, the Navy also threatened to take him to Pakistan. During this, one of these Indian fishermen pressed the SOS button, after which the officers of the Indian Coast Guard reached to help them. When the Indian Coast Guard arrived, Pakistani Navy officials heard a false script and said that they had tried to save the Indian fishermen.
