Indian Army kills Pakistani Army quadcopter

Indian Army personnel killed a Pakistani army copter at around 8 am this morning near the Line of Control in the Keran sector of Jammu and Kashmir. A Pakistani quadcopter made by Chinese company DJI Mavic 2 Pro model was shot down, hovering around the border for over an hour.

The model of this quadcopter is DJI Mavic 2 Pro. The quadcopter is used for espionage. Photos and videos are recorded through this.

Even before this incident, the army had said that 80 kg weapon has been sent across the border with the help of 8 drones by Pakistan based Khalistan terrorist organization. 136 battalions of BSF were seen flying drones 5 times near Hussainwala Joint Check Post, out of which 4 were seen within Pak border and 1 time within Indian border. Later this drone was seen going towards the Pak border but later its light and sound stopped.

For the first time this year, Chinese weapons were recovered on 8 August. The weapons recovered so far include 142 AK rifles, 5 US carbines, 2 M-16s, two Pekas, 2 Chinese weapons QBZs, two sniper rifles, 6 Insas, 11 SLRs and 172 pistols. These weapons were recovered in the LoC and the Valley.
